Conversation Ethics

  • Don't be selfish:It sounds harsh, but it's not obvious or easy as it seems.Conversation is give and take. There are times when you should listen and times to talk.Doing too much of either is not conducive to good conversation.
  • Don't manipulate:In other words, be honest and upfront.People will realize when they're being manipulated. You may get away with it, but the chances that the person will look forward to their next conversation with you are slim.
  • Reciprocate:If someone shares details about their life, they expect you to do the same thing.
  • Don't argue:Discuss but don't argue but when you feel it goes to argument then back up cause when discussing it was about ' what is right ? ' and when arguing it is about ' who is right ?' so avoid it even when you are very right with your views and you have evidences don't try to prove yourself right and 'WIN' because this may be humiliating for the other person what are victories when your lose your friends and loved ones get angry on you.
